Support for Women Navigating Motherhood, Identity, and Emotional Well-Being

Whether you’re adjusting to motherhood, feeling overwhelmed by the mental load, or trying to reconnect with yourself in the midst of it all—individual therapy offers a space that is fully yours. A place to slow down, be heard, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

While maternal mental health is my primary focus, I also provide virtual therapy for adults across North Carolina experiencing anxiety, burnout, mood changes, and life transitions. My approach blends genuine connection with practical, evidence-based strategies to help you feel clearer, steadier, and more confident in your next steps.
