Therapy Services

  • The first session (Assessment) is what I call the “getting to know you session”. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, current challenges, what you’d like to gain (goals), and what that will look like. You’re also welcome to ask me questions. Remember, there’s no pressure.

  • My approach blends compassion with practical strategies. In addition to feeling heard and supported, you’ll gain tools that help you navigate everyday challenges with greater clarity and confidence.I believe in a holistic approach, making space for mental, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual well being.

  • Yes. I specialize in supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood (childbirth, fostering, adoption, blended family). This includes working through anxiety, identity changes, emotional overwhelm, and adjusting to new roles and responsibilities.

  • No. While maternal mental health is a primary focus, I also work with women navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, and other life transitions.

  • Absolutely! If there are group therapy sessions you’d like to attend, you are welcome to enroll while receiving individual therapy.

  • All sessions are currently offered via secure telehealth for clients located in North Carolina.
