More About Crystal Clear Strategies
A Thoughtful, Supportive Approach to Mental Health
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. Many of the women I work with are navigating meaningful life transitions—whether that’s stepping into motherhood, managing anxiety, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of daily responsibilities.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is to help you move toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and confidence in your next steps.

My Approach to Therapy
I believe therapy should feel both supportive and useful.
Feeling heard and understood is an important part of the process, but so is having clear, realistic strategies that help you navigate everyday life. My approach blends genuine connection with practical, evidence-based tools so that you can begin to feel more grounded and confident outside of sessions—not just during them.
Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to how you’re feeling, while also building skills that support meaningful, lasting change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable for you.

On a Personal Note. . .
Above my professional life, I value and cherish my faith and family.
Navigating marriage and motherhood brings something new, teaches me something new, everyday. I believe God has given me these gifts and experiences to be a support and help to others.
I know firsthand how easy it can be to prioritize everything and everyone else, while your own needs quietly move to the bottom of the list. That understanding is part of what draws me to this work.
In my own life, I value slowing down, staying connected to what matters most, and creating space for rest and reflection. I love cooking, singing, movies and sitcom reruns with my husband, snuggles with my sons (as much as they’ll allow), and a good road trip enjoying the scenery (until I fall asleep).
These same values guide the work I do with clients—helping you find realistic, meaningful ways to care for yourself while navigating the demands of everyday life.
