Support through Connection and Shared Experiences
Sitting in a room full of people can feel intimidating. Having to leave home for yet another appointment, figuring out how to make time for dinner or making arrangements for childcare can be inconvenient.
Crystal Clear Strategies offers virtual group therapy, giving you the opportunity to receive support right where you are.
Motherhood can feel isolating—even when you’re surrounded by people.
Group therapy creates a space where you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. Whether you're adjusting to postpartum changes, managing anxiety, or trying to reconnect with yourself, being in a room (virtual or in-person) with others who get it can be powerful.
You’ll find connection, practical tools, and the kind of support that reminds you: you’re not the only one feeling this way.
I say all the time, “We’re in different cabins on the same ship”. We have our own personal experiences within the shared space of maternal mental health. Let’s navigate it together!
WHAT IS GROUP THERAPY?
Group therapy is a guided, therapist-led experience where a small group of individuals come together around a shared focus.
In our groups, you can expect:
A safe, confidential space
Gentle structure and guided discussion
Skill-building and reflection
Shared experiences without pressure to share more than you’re ready for
Groups are intentionally kept small to support meaningful connection and participation.
OPEN VS. CLOSED GROUPS
Not sure which format is right for you? Here’s a closer look at how each experience feels:
Open Groups (Flexible, Ongoing Support)
Open groups are designed to meet you where you are—especially during seasons when consistency can feel hard to maintain.
You’re welcome to join at any time, and each session is structured to stand on its own, so you won’t feel behind if you miss a week.
What to expect:
Drop-in flexibility—attend as your schedule allows
A mix of familiar and new faces over time
Gentle guidance and discussion topics each session
Space to share, listen, or simply be present
This may be a good fit if you:
Need ongoing support without a long-term commitment
Feel unsure about group therapy and want a lower-pressure way to start
Want connection and support in real time, week-to-week
Closed Groups (Structured, Deeper Work)
Closed groups are more intentional and structured, with the same group of participants meeting together over a set period of time.
Because everyone starts and finishes together, these groups often create a deeper sense of trust, safety, and connection.
What to expect:
A consistent group of members each week
A clear start and end date
Guided themes or curriculum that builds over time
Opportunities for reflection, skill-building, and personal growth
This may be a good fit if you:
Are ready to go deeper into a specific area (anxiety, identity shifts, burnout, etc.)
Value consistency and routine
Feel comfortable committing to a set schedule
Want a more focused, transformative experience
